Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at adminvqnation@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or special-order parts
- Electrical components once installed
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage/defect and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size/color/part where applicable. Contact us at adminvqnation@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
